One true downer is that I thought Jay may have been a new member from a different region, not NE or us or anything, but a third city looking for a place on the map. I was hoping the regional was from somewhere like...closer.

But sobrokenjay, you're right. It's a little out of my jurisdiction. But if you're in NE, then the word is you got your own sheriff to deal with up there.
