i really think it should be changed. its just unfair with the ability to target yourself.
does anyone think anything of this deck???

ok then another idea could be is when the slave abondons instead of returning to its owner it should just go to the other side so if you take all your own guys they may just convert.

I am seriously considering a simple errata to the 'Slavemaster' mechanic. I am quite certain that it will balance things out beautifully:
Creatures with Slavmaster cannot enslave cards sharing the same name with the creature with Slavemaster.
In otherwords... Slave Driver can no longer search through your deck for another Slave Driver. That seems to be the biggest problem with the current rule.

I have desided on an offical errata to the Slavemaster rule:
Any Character or Creature with SLAVEMASTER may use an Action to search any Resource Pile for one Creature and put that Creature into Play as a Slave under the control of the Character or Creature with SLAVEMASTER.
Creatures with SLAVEMASTER cannot enslave creatures of the same name as the creature with SLAVEMASTER.

so when you make a new character or creature with slavemaster you will HAVE to rework the rules. i still think the idea of not targeting yourself because i have tested it without getting another slavemaster and its like you have another action because cards like shadow walker and what not dont need power, i still think if someone can target their own library make it so when they go to there owner INSTEAD they go to the enemy.

Yes... That is the next change I was going to make, however, that is a change that must be made to the Slave rule.
Slaves enter Play under the control of the Character or Creature that enslaved it and have -5 Loyalty, -1 Power, and -1 Health. Slaves have False Loyalty and if a Slave Abandons of if it is Freed it leaves Play and then returns to Play Fully Engaged as a normal (non-slave) creature under the control of a random opponent.

there we go i like that. the loyalty adds a little bit too. archers = loving guys with 3 life or more with slavemaster. one thing if slavemaster dies or leaves do the slaves become freed to the other players side (i reccomend this).

When does this rule apply? You have that huge tournament this Saturday, and someone who doesn't check this website frequently could show up there with a slavedriver deck and be all screwed up by that rule. But I guess that would be an advantage to people that are prepared for it.

even if you are preped. its like this... ( i havent even seen the deck but i just looked at it and made proxies and tried it once and its nuts)
you play slavemaster and vorex with ur grimus. u untap slavemaster and get a slavemaster. next turn get another slavemaster, and get 2 more guys in ur deck, then play ur 2 that turn. so on turn TWO u have 9 guys and ur character.
im not sure if the slavemaster ability ignores dominance... if it works like that then u get 6 guys on turn ONE and next turn u get 14.
either way its just tooo crazy for any deck that cant get a VERY lucky magicla hand. wariros, dwarves, and rogues have 0 chance.

Yeah... I hate to brag but, I believe I was the first person to spot the combo, and abuse it at a tournament. I'm personally glad that things are going to be changed though, because I've got another idea thats broken, but I'm going to wait for the next tournament to show it off.
Also, when does the Slavemaster rule come in to effect?
