Someone tell me why I continue to support this game??
No one has cards.........
NO one but me plays here..........
I ask for demo kits to drum up interest here and I get generic enter your name here email, telling me pretty much nothing.
Myself and Alcatraz are ultra competitive gamers. So much so if we like a game, we create the player base where we live. We are already delving into the meta game. Passing killer combo and deck ideas back and forth.
But lately more and more of our talks have become This sucks in nature. Instead of deck ideas its how do we get cards?? Killer combos become Why are these guys not jumpin on this chance? Its becoming a frustrating thing.
I really like this game and I think it has a chance to become big. But things have to improve. If you have a live chat make sure a representative of the game is there the FULL hour or More. When someone emails you with a interest in your game JUMP on it. Do everything you can to get that guy. Meaning enter name here emails is not gonna get it. If someone orders product don't email them 2 weeks later askin why did you cancel?? That one comes from one of the 2 main distributors of the game.
But you know what in spite of all that I still like the game. I will also continue to support and spread the game to others.
But guys I do have limits.

I have to voice my agreement with what Python has said here. I talk to him every night about Mystical Empire and we both agree on what Python posted. It is very frustrating to try and support a game that is new and not be able to get the product and also not be able to set up a playing group or area due to lack of support.
We really need some help out here.
Hook a brotha up!

I think the first set is the hardest to get going.. the game needs more than one set to get going.. I'm pretty sure when the second set hits ..things will pick up .. people like more than one product to choose from..
but I have to be honest.. if it doesn't take off with the second set..somethings wrong..
its a business it has to grow bigger each year. it takes time.

We've had one tournament here in Emporia, KS. This week we began a weekly playgroup night. It's a night of friendly competition and if enough people show up, we organize a tournament right there on the spot.

I am so very sorry. I have recently moved and have been out of the loop for the past couple weeks. No internet or working phone until now (cell phones don't work well in the country) But I am back. We are currently working on a special program allowing fans to help support the game. We have an incentive program that will make your labor worth its sweat and we are putting together some really great materials to help make demoing and running events easier so just about anyone can do it. This first set has been so very hard to get planted. We have discovered that most gamers don't want to even try a new game. The ones who do try it really enjoy it, but most simply seem to care less. Anyone who thinks they can help us plant some seeds please give me an email me at keith.katsikas@mysticalempire.com and I will work something out.

Keith,
Myself and Python need to know if we can get demo packs because if we had demo packs we could get you players? Do you want me and Python to send you yet another email in addition to the ones we've already sent? If so, please let me know and we will be happy to oblige. We can get you players if we have the cards to demo the game. Thanks for your time.

Better yet!! Send us a couple of tourney kits and you'll get a player base here. Maybe that makes to much sense??

<salutes Python with respect>
I second that motion! Send us some tourney kits and we'll get the ball rolling big time.
