Xander is a great creative mind his is also good at both complimenting good work and helping people to reach proper direction he is a great asset to my company and he will be a great asset as he has been to ME.

Thank you Frank. Yes thats right, I am the new acting R&D Director. As the new tyrant of the R&D slaves I shall lead or most mystcal of empires into new heights of card and mechanic development. Firestorm is almost out of our hands, so let us look forward to a new set after that. And if you are all nice and cooperative slaves I shall go about organizing our first comical set, a way for the slaves to kick back and have fun, for I've learned through the years that a happy slave is a hardworking slave. Just to explain why Xander is taking over on R&D.
Incase you hadn't noticed, I have been neglecting my duties. And now that I will be starting a Full time job (previously doing nothing.) I don't think you'll see me that often. Sorry all, but I'm sure Xander will do a great job.
