Before I post anymore desks, what are peoples thoughts of the ones that are currently posted? I would love to have a different set of eyes look at them. Maybe I am missing a key creature or maybe there is a combo that could be there.
I know in the past these forums have not been open about deck posting but I would like for that to change. Get the idea of a deck form the site and then add your own flavor to it...

Take whatever comments I have with a grain of salt, because I've not built the exact decks you have listed, and because right now I don't know if anyone knows what the metagame is. Firey LPR :oLady Phe' Ronde 4 Pyromancer (adds 1 more damage) 3 Knyles (Better to have on your side then a wizard deck side, also has quickness) 2 Illusionist (Nah you realy dont want to use that creatures ability, speed 7 is good) 3 Draken (Hmm, Flying and a spell caster. How do you go wrong?) 3 Morlock Debaine (how do you say no to those magic stats?) 3 Silent Assassin (Unblockable is good ihear, No?) 2 Dimensional Menace (Invisibility and unblockable is good, and his ability lets you poke that last damage through) 3 wandering Cleric (getting wizards back is good, or one of the attackers, adds magic) 3 wandering unicorn (healing is good adds lil magic) 4 acolyte (y not do the above more then once? adds magic 2 Priest of riverwood (destroy effects or curses, adds magic) 4 illusionary fighter (you dont realy want to block me or cast spells) 3 heat wave (i can heal can you?) 4 fireball (i like 3 dead creatures for one spell) 4 lightning bolt (kill a creature damage your character, ok. beats attacking) 3 purify (i said no, you cant do that) Right now, this seems like a version of Windy Burn that takes advantage of LPR's card-drawing abilities, which seems like a solid concept. I don't think it's particularly strong to go this route half spell-casting and half-attacking as you've done, though. I would suggest scrapping all the creatures that attack like Silent Assassin and Dimensional Menace and replacing them with wizards of your choice. I'd definitely recommend adding in Wizard Recruiter and some Apprentices. (If you're going to run Morlock, it seems you might as well add Apprentices, as they speed up your spellcasting.) Pyromancer kills himself with just one use, so he's not all that great. I don't know if I would have 4 Illusionary Fighter. I would recommend instead using Peace Time, which shuts down the entire attack phase and screws up the type of straight aggro deck like listed below. In my version of the deck, I have Fire Elemental and Sworn Defender. Sometimes you can be behind, and Fire Elemental generally will wipe the board on both sides. Unless, of course, you control a Sworn Defender. In which case a Fire Elemental will wipe your opponent's board and take out just your sworn defender. [/img]Sutraps the Flying 4 Cackling Lich 3 Skeliton Warrior 2 Xamber Kul 3 Vaqueraqu 3 Tortured Souls 3 Rotting Zombie 2 Silent Assassin 3 sneaky snyder 4 Sacrificial Lamb 3 Reanimator/Wandering Claric 4 light zaubergoblin 4 cranial leech 2 sutraps underling 2 Demonic Horn 1 Ring of temporal acceleration 2 devils contract 1 spirit song 4 magical wings
For what it's worth, in the version I built, I figured it's not worth all the extra effort to make Sutraps fly right now, since it's not like a guy attacking for 8 on the ground isn't a problem. Stripping out the magic spells and the subpar creatures allows you to just go for the throat, with more aggressive creatures and better utility creatures. I can't remember off the top of my head what all creatures I used, but the skeleton warrior and XamberKul definitely didn't make the cut. I don't see why you would play Skeleton Warrior over Zombie Warrior in this deck. One card that did that you've left off is Shrieking Banshee. That card's ridiculous in this deck. You play it on your opponent's turn at speed 7 and use its ability at speed 6 to fully engage all creatures in play. At worst, you've prevented your opponent from carrying out any attacks and left him close to wide open for attacks on your turn. At best, you can cause a spell of speed 5 or lower to fizzle because the casters are fully engaged first. I would also have in your main deck some way to deal with effects. I'd suggest Ravage Ransacker. I don't know if you only have one Ring of Temporal Acceleration, but I'd recommend going to two.

Thanks for the responce, I new people could it!
As for the LPR deck, its junk, no good toss it in the trash. You were right i was tryign to do too much with it and not realy have it focused. I have found that it is hard to cats spells with out a caster as your character. Card draw is good but you need to be able to play the deck solid everytime or more then 60% of th e time.
For some one that is begining the deck works well but I have found a new favorite. If anyone were to build that deck then you would understand that it can do well. 2 pyromancers casting a fireball, ok I kill possabley 5 of your creatures with 3 cards. That is still card advantage and that is what the deck was about.
as for the Flying Sutraps... Yeah he needs to fly, there is no question about it. Most creatures are on the ground and only a few that are consistantly played have the ability to fly or block flying. The issue I had with Zombie worrier, you need for him to die to get the creature witht he skeleton worrier and Xamberkul you get an aditional creature right off. I htink that this deck will be changing into a deck that build something. I have not figured out what but the under builders are crazy good and you play them for free, not bad.
As for the ring of Tempo, is good dont get me wrong but you can only have 2 items per character. I have the ring of tempo and 2 Devils contract, giving me three chances to draw an extra action card and the Demonic Horn is just good witht he new URs and spirit song.
You are 100% correct about Shrieking Banshee and Ravage Ransacker. There needs to be room for the Banshee but the Ransacker could be in the SB.
As for going for the throat, there realy is not that many more great undead creatures out there. I will take a look at them later but I am unsure what there is at this time.

With the additional card drawing in LPR, I have hardly ever had a problem with having enough spell casters. Keeping it largely as is, but adding wizards and taking away other creatures would probably make it a match.
The Sutraps deck as you have it comes close to autoloses to a successfully cast Peace Time. Its only out is recurring Tortured Souls long enough to deal lethal damage to an opponent. And since you'd have to make a number of loyalty checks, that doesn't seem like a good plan.
Time will tell if it's worth the energy and card slots it requires to make Sutraps fly. You have to put in a bunch of cards that can easily be dead draws. In the version I run, every card is either suited to being aggro or nullifying an opponent's resources.

Hmmm, Peace Time you say. I guess that I wouldhave to have a side board, and also the more I play the more I like Ravage Ransacker so he will probly find a home i this deck soon enough. I have to tweek alot of the decks. These are mostly in only the first or second stages of being built, ready for a tourney. I would play them as is if there was a tourney just so I can see what other decks are out there.
I am one of the few that play that have not made it to a local tourney in New England, Thats why I am pushing for the tourneys to get started back up all over.
Also the decks that I have heard that run peace time do not play it till late once that have control of the game. At that point they should have damage on the all ready and once the demonic horn is in play I dont worry about loyalty. So if I play 2 torchured souls and deal 4 damage to you and then I play spirit song and then deal 9 damage to you the most I have to worry about is 7 damage and that should not be an issue.
If you do not have flyers then you are on a 3 turn clock once sutrap flys. Also with cranial leech you dont have flyers all the times that you thaught that you would. When he is not flying then you have to worry about every creature that hits play and the 2 for one creature puts you behind.
As for LPR, she cant cast and thus has put her at a great down side of playing wizards. I feel that just playing Zycon with bibliotque(Sp) works better. He can cast and also has card draw. LPR will be good until the erratta hits and then I dont think that she will be all that playable. Draw 1 card and discard the other, Rather crappy since there is no realy way to get creature cards back form your discard pile.
I will be working on the decks tommorow and maybe this eve so look for some changes to come. Any suggestions on what you would take and and what you would replace it with?

Also the decks that I have heard that run peace time do not play it till late once that have control of the game. If Sutraps becomes more popular, opposing Wizard-style decks will play Peace Time sooner rather than later, since Peace Time essentially means that Sutraps (in your configuration) loses. You're assuming your opponent doesn't have anything to stop a couple 1-toughness guys. If we're talking about wizard decks, they have burn. If we're talking about other types of decks, they can turn their characters invisible with Dust of Invisibility or Cranial Leech your Tortured Souls. 1. You don't always get the Bibliotheque out, and even when you do, it can be Purified or Sneaky Snydered or Ravage Ransacked. 2. While not being able to cast spells herself is a disadvantage, even drawing two cards a turn and discarding one is a huge advantage. Getting to your burn spells faster than an opponent, or increasing your chance of drawing a wizard or any particular card is obviously a big benefit. 3. When I've played LPR under the new rules, I've rarely had it be an issue that she herself can't cast magic because I'd usually have enough wizards in play who could. 4. There are ways of getting cards from the discard pile to the top of the library or your hand if I'm not mistaken. Even if there weren't, you don't really lose anything by having the creatures in the discard pile where you can't use them.

JC- You can destroy peace time and if you make a deck designed around it I think that it will fail and be too slow for the metagame. You can put effect removal in the SB as well. Not too worried about peacetime, until I see a competitive deck with it. That is fast or that can stall you till late game. Also how to you cast more creatures if I have killed them once you get peacetime out?

JC- I would just sac them for the damage, Sure other removal may be quicker but we will have to see who plays better. Wizard decks are ok but if you remove the key caster then they can be weakened alot.

JC- 1) You are right I wont always have those items just as you will not always draw the correct spells / wizards that you need at the right time. You also make it so you have to use your creature ablity to cast and not realy do anything else. I would much rather be able to play a wizard and then play and apprentise. Next turn play a wizard then cast a spell with your charcter and apprentise. Just 2 differenmt play styles.
2) Drawing mad cards is good, playing agianst curses is not so good. Sunken battlefield hurts wizards. Sure you can have removal just like you can have SB removal in any of the decks... Also Fire elemental tends to clear the field as well.
3) Ok so what happens if 2 of the good wizards are destroyed. Deck kinda fizzles. I was a big fan of wizards a while ago but I just dont think they have what it takes to raise tot he top.
4) Sure you can play those 8 cards but that up to 8 slots that are being filed for no reason. Build the deck you want to play and then have the sideboard cards for the cards that you dislike or hose your deck.
JC- Someone a while ago stated that there was no need for sideboard cards. I fell different I feel that SB cards can make or break match ups. You just have ot find out what cards you think that you will be playing agianst and play there counterpart. I also cant complain about your comment since I have pulled apart most of the decks...
I have posted a couple new ones or at least one new one. More to come later
thanks for the reply
