This weeks chat was a success. We still need to generate interest, but the turnout was strong enough that we will be setting up a weekly Chat session Wednesdays at 7PM EST. Thanks for everyone's participation.

Rewarding members on the forum for there participation

Adding the forum web addi to the E-Zine that is soon to be released

Adding the web site addi and the forum addi to Packs and or boxes

Spoke about demo reps and how we can help the game grow

I am sure that there was more but those are the things that stick in my mind...

Next Chat 04/04/2007, I hope to see more mebers that are on the forum join us. You need to have an updated version of java to run the chat, just a heads up.

I think that if we continue the chat it will help the game. We also have Keith, that took time out of his busy schedual to come and chat with us.

Count on it. If all goes well I'll be there. I'd like to get right back into healthy communication with the boards. I didn't realize that I was this disconnected from everyday forum life, and I was a little shocked by some of the things that transpired on some of the threads...wish I could of been here. Ya know, there was a time when I was virtually logged on all the time. Sigh...

But just because I personally haven't been around here doesn't mean we here in Windy haven't been busy. Rest assured we are constantly working under the CGE umbrella towards ME's success, and I would love to somehow coordinate our efforts if possible. I also have been paying attention to many of the concerns and efforts displayed here on the forums by key members, you included JC, and so I hope that perhaps I may be of some assistance. Afterall, I use to have some pull around these parts. See you Wednesday...

well we had our second chat and it was alright. I guess my concern is that we have questions but it is a free for all on the chat. A little more structure would be better i think. i am not sure what others think on this as well.

I know I am the one with the loadest voice when it comes to this but it would almost be nice to have it like a mini R&D discussion. Bring up some changes that could be occuring. Maybe even have some people play test them for you. and report what they find.

it was nice to see new faces on the chat and hopefully we will be able to have more epopel each week. I think that with the e-zine, it should help. Also the incentive for joining the forum should get new bodys here and maybe even respark some old ones.

I just got a e-mail from anthony centrella yesterday (thursday) I would be happy to log on but wednesday is bad for me and my boys since we run a D&D game at the shop at 3pm before 3 is fine it's tumbleweed town right now but if you guys could make the chat earlier that would be very smooth if not I will go on because it is very important I would just like to add the three people who have really pushed ME. We also need to discuss new officer elections.

Its nice to hear about people coming back tothe boards and wanting to parttake in th enjoyment of this game again.

As for the chats being at different times. I am not sure what works best for everyone. I do not generaly get out of work til 5pm. I can start chat at about 6:30-7pm. Is there a different day that works best for most. Lets see what the group has to say about it. Maybe we can work something out, so that all the players that want to part take in it can.

I am all for having more activity.

Also another note about chats, how about we he the friday at 7pm chat link removed or changed?

I have not heard anything about changing the Date for the chat. Are people still interested in the chats? If so i just need to know when. As for now I will hopefully see people this evening at 7pm, EASTERN STANDARD TIME. I know that people have gotten that part confused before. Oh and did I mention EASTERN time?

Also if you log onto the forums through the main site it states that there are chats being held on friday nights at 7pm. Can we change that to match the day and time that we want it to be?

I am not sure what we have to discuss, and since no one wants to have a structured gathering we will see. If there are topics people would like to discuss then either please post them or make a list and make sure that you make mention of them in the begining of the chat. Hopefully we will be able to address each and every concern and or question.

As a new member, I would welcome the chance to get in on a chat. I tried last Friday, but couldn't get on until 7:15 central time, and missed it by over an hour. Wednesdays are tougher for me, as we own a comic and game store, and we are pretty busy on Wed night (Wed is new comic arrival day). I will try and make it, though!
