A new Chatroom!

I don't know how many of you know this, but there is an ME exclusive chatroom right now in the old MEGA forums off the main website where we can all go and chat with each other. Problem is, it needs it own password and is like way over there, plus it doesn't have many cool options, so no one goes. But some of us do, like me, Keith, Thrall King, plmrelm, among others, and we used to have a bunch of others. So we have an idea...

What if get a brand new java chatroom here in our very own MEGA X forum? That way, once you log in here and check out who's online, it'd be easy to hop in the chatroom and talk to each other without really leaving the site. Plus, this chatroom would outclass the old one, and y'all can chat with each other, or Keith when he's on or me, and ask any old thing that's on your mind and get immediate feedback.

I just wanna know if you guys think that would be cool and would utilize. I can't wait myself, so I thought I would write this and tell you that perhaps its coming and look for it. In the meantime, tell me what you think if you don't mind. Thanks!

thta would be great, i mainly like to interact with ppl on the spot its easier than to have to wait for an answer. sounds like a great asset to the site...keep it up

Will the new chatroom have logging capabilities? Because it would be great to be able to post the chat logs in a forum board for those who couldn't make it to the chat to peruse. That way any significant (or even insignificant) questions that were answered officially would have a permanent record of the answer.

Yes, the chat lets you get the logs so that you can repost them. It is up now.
