I just picked up Scrye 103 (nice ad just inside the cover) and in the 'Gift Guide' section it refers to a free promo you can get if you ask your local participating retail store. What constitutes a 'participating retail store'? 'Cause our local guy had no idea what it was referring to.

Those promocards will be distributed VERY soon through Alliance Game Distribution. Tell you local store to contact Alliance to get his free cards. If the store does not deal with Alliance or if their Alliance sales rep is still in the dark for some reason, have them call me at 877 ME SUPPORT and we will get the cards to them asap!
Thank you, and spread the word about how to get the cards. I think a lot of stores still don't know about them. Alliance will be shipping them out to several hundred store in the next week or two, but there is no guarantee your local store will get them unless they ask for them.
