I continue to play and enjoy Mystical Empires! I check over the boards for ruling questions not found in the book but have come up with a few more.
1. Can an unengaged character without flying defend against a flying attacker?
2. Sideboards/changes between games in a match; is this allowed and what are the rulings?
3. If I have a Sacred Ground in play, can my opponents defend when I attack or just block?
4. Sneaky Snyder says it can use an action to steal ANY item in play. Can it steal floating items? Can it steal items that can only be attached to a character? If he steals an item attached to a creature, does it have to become attached to him?
5. Can actions take place during the loyalty phase? If so, can they take place before loyalty checks occur?
That's it for now. I am sure I will find many more to come! Thanks again!

1. Can an unengaged character without flying defend against a flying attacker? Answer = Yes
2. Sideboards/changes between games in a match; is this allowed and what are the rulings? Answer = Yes, before game 2 in a match, you can pull up to 10 cards from your Recource Pile and replace them with up to 10 cards from your pre compiled Sideboard. The # of cards put in must equal the # of cards pulled.
3. If I have a Sacred Ground in play, can my opponents defend when I attack or just block? Answer = Because it requires an action to defend, your opponent can only block.
4. Sneaky Snyder says it can use an action to steal ANY item in play. Can it steal floating items? Can it steal items that can only be attached to a character? If he steals an item attached to a creature, does it have to become attached to him? Answer = Yes Sneaky Snyder Can steal any type of item. Character, Creature, or Floating. It just does nothing if the Item can only work on a Character or floating.
5. Can actions take place during the loyalty phase? If so, can they take place before loyalty checks occur? Answer = I'm a bit unsure on this one, hence Keith will correct me if I'm wrong, but if I had to make a ruling I would say No, Character's and Creature's can only use Actions during the main and end phase..... To ellaborate on this a bit more I'll add, Char's and creatures can use actions to trigger their abilities durring the main and end phase of anyones turn. While using actions to engage in combat (i.e. to attack) can only be done durring your main phase.
Hope I've been helpfull and please if you have any more questions DON'T hessitate to ask.

Thank you for the reply. I couldn't find the sideboard ruling anywhere, should be in the official rules? The sneaky guy has some sneaky rules, I am sure he will bring up even more questions the more I play with him.

David is correct about actions only being allowed during the Main and End phase.
I would like to clearify that any item Sneaky Snyder steals is placed on Sneaky Snyder and he must use an action to move the item to another creature or your character before he can steal another, or he risks losing his ability to use actions, due to the fact he would then be baring more than one item (the maximum for creatures).

if sneaky steals a floating item, can he use an action to move the floating item off him so it then can be used?
