Wall question: Barricade

Does Barricade supersede the normal wall rule in the fact that creatures behind walls cant attack? The card reads that flying creatures can attack from behind the wall.

Are all walls that way?

And if they can are they targetable once they are attacking?

Yes. Creatures with flying can attack from behind any wall. If a creature with flying attacks then it becomes a targetable creature. And as for Barricade... Non-flying crearures behind it still cannot attack.
