This question goes along with a question I had about Brawl. If it were to damage an imprisoned creature, and it survives, would it heal during Natual Healing or not, considering in-building creatures are out of play?
If they do heal, during whose player's healing phase do they heal? Notice the card doesn't say you control the imprisoned creature until you make it your slave.

It has been ruled that when a creature moves to your side of the table, it is then considered under your control (I believe under the trade agreement discussion). I would say they do heal (see brawl for explanation) and that they would heal during your turn since they are considered under your control.

I just have a bit of a qualm about generalizing that permanents on my side of the board are under my control. What if you cast an Curse on me, or an Isolated Effect on one of my creatures, and I somehow had a permanent that allowed me to sacrifice a permanent, I would think I couldn't sacrifice those cards. But that rule would seem to suggest that I could. Plus, is that rule just paraphrased from Keith or written down somewhere?

Oh, that actually seemed obvious. I don't know why I used Curse as an example. What about the isolated effect?
