I have a question regarding TA and WANDERING. It has been assumed that all counters go with the creature when traded, and in a 1 on 1 it does not matter. But I play a lot of multiplayer games. What happens when the creature wanders and the agreement is disengaged? Doe it return to the person who traded it, or does it stay with the person to whom it wandered?

I would guess to where it wandered so if it was scheduled to go to person c and person a got it person b it will go to person c when it had no more tokens.

Yeah, in 1 on 1 TA breaks WANDERING.
But if player A trades a WC to player B, and then it wanders to player C, where is it when player A disengages the TA? Does it return because all trades are reversed, or does it stay with player C since it is no longer in the possession of player B, therefore the trade is "void"?

That is what I thought, but the wording on TA is still vague on this. Don't worry about changing it, since this is a scenario that won't be popping up that often. Now that I know the ruling, I can make with confidence.

Ok, what about floating items? What if I trade my battering ram for that declaration of war?
Does my battering ram go on their character? Does my declaration of war now float? Or does it get discarded? Attached to a creature/character of my choice?
Also, Thandore's tavern.
Any Creature may enter Thandore’s Tavern.
So long as a Player has two or more Creatures within Thandore’s
Tavern, that Player may Sacrifice a Creature he/she controls outside of Thandore’s Tavern to gain control of any Target Item in play within L.O.S.
So if I take controll of an item, it is now on my side of the table (so I understand), but where is it?

Well, when it comes to the items, it says you gain control of them. I am assuming the battering ram would go over floating, and you choose who holds the other item.
By the wording on TA, when you take Thandore's Tavern you gain control of everything in it. But then again, I am most likely wrong on this one since it is very unique.

TA effect on the tavern would be very straight forward. I am talking about the effect of Tavern on items.
I would still like Keiths input on the floating item thing.

I rule that the item being traded will attach to where the item is taken from, unless it is a floating item, then it will just float. I don't think the item would get discarded. And I don;t think this would stop the trade from reversing either. I could be wrong about all of this. I am pretty tired. I will let everyone rip my ruling apart. lol

Most definately.
And once again I am going out on a limb here. Since the items are not associated with the tavern once they are "stolen", TA would not affect them.

I am talking about the effect of Tavern on items. Not TA effect on Tavern or items it affects. I'll repost this in the Tavern Thread.

Guys, there was to my knowledge a whole paragraph discussing the legality of trading in the rulebook. (Is it still there?) Look up Trade in the glossary, and get familiar with Area too. I am under the impression you can't trade a floating item or one that is attached to something.
