Bearer of Emperor’s Crown cannot be Damaged by Creatures with less than three Loyalty.
Sacrifice: Your Character suffers five Damage.

The Loyalty discussion in the Orb of Chaos thread northeastgames.proboards76.com/index.cgi?board=1st&action=display&thread=1150211830would also be of relevance to this Item. As currently written, do Creatures who innately have a Loyalty of less than three, but have gained True Loyalty somehow, damage the bearer of Emperor's Crown or not? If Orb of Chaos is In Play, do Creatures who innately have True Loyalty have a Loyalty of Zero now (but will still never abandon) and thus cannot damage the bearer of the Crown? |

Their loyalty become ? which as been ruled as not being a number at all. So their loyalty would no longer be less than 3.
