You forgot "... and put that Apprentice directly into Play." Without that, it would be completely pointless to Recruit from your Hand.  |

I just realized that I'm not sure this card is worded appropiately. I know we all know what it does, but it seems to me we can't just call the creatures "Apprentice" because they aren't that subtype or anything. They are creatures with the Apprentice mechanic, so shouldn't it be worded that way?

To clear this up, we could just add to the mechanic that they "count as apprentices"
