If a creature token leaves play for any reason it is removed from the game.
When a creature goes into a building, it is considered out of play, which by defintion would be leaving play.
My only wonder is if you thought for some reason you thought Corpse Collecter provided wording against that, but I don't see it. Does this answer your question? I'm quoting directly out of the comp rulebook. Hope it helps.
Next case.

"Q"s right. When a Creature Token leaves play for any reason it is RFG. The only card that makes an exception for this, is Bindakoo.

I was using Corspe Collector in a game and created several Zombie Tokens from the opponents graveyard. I was just thinking if I had multiple Zombie Tokens in a Town Square, it would take awhile to break down...
