If Guardian Angel abandons, would it:
A) Deal its damage to itself and die
B) Deal its damage to itself and be reshuffled
C) Deal its damage to your character and be reshuffled

The Guardian Angel doesn't redirect the damage to itself, it prevents it. So, it will deal damage to your character, prevent it, then be reshuffled into the deck.

EDIT: By the way, Guardian Angel + Slavedriver (assuming you can still use it in draft) = I pretty much win, or rather, I don't die from damage. I used Thandore, which gave Slavedriver invisibility. There isn't much that can deal with that.
