When using the Sacrifice Ability, where does the Curse go in the new Resource Pile, at the Curse's printed initial placement depth or at the depth it had in the Resource Pile it is coming from?

Good question. I have my opinion (same depth), but I'll let a judge handle this one.

It would transfer at the same depth it was in the original deck.

That's the way I think it should work too, but be aware that it isn't specifically provided for in the rules. I could have a field day with this too...
In fact, that's my new theme. I think it's time every one of us needs to get highly critical of card language so as to improve the quality of R&D and just ME gaming overall. Too many cards have ambiguous wordings, and I'm about to become chief whistle-blower. Man...you thought I was loud and annoying before...
In this case, any competent or competitive player can make a case against the judge that what we are assuming isn't provided for implicitly in the rules of Curses or by this card. Once again, we're forced to go to "intent" of card, but just keep in mind that every time you have to do that it represents some sort of failure of this game we know and love.
Food for thought...

If we are to use the current rules, I think the depth it should enter is at the original Curse depth. I don't have my set up updated rules but I believe it says that curses enter a deck at the depth = to the speed number of the card.
