Up to four creatures you control may move behind Barricade. Barricade gains +5 Integrity for each Creature behind it. Creatures behind Barricade cannot be targeted by Non-Flying Characters or Creatures an Opponent
controls and cannot Attack unless it has Flying. Barricade may block Attacks as if it were a Creature.

Awesome card. I love the last ability on it and it's sufficiently easy to build that even those who are reluctant to build structures might consider using it, especially with the building Spells in this set.

What is the ruling on Barricade for blocking - is it allowed only 1 block per turn?

Any limitations that Creatures have while blocking will be a limitation on barricade, since it acts like a creature when blocking. So, yes, it can only block once a turn. It also can't block unblockables or flying.
