So, Dagen gains power for each Structure ANY Player has Maintained and his Builders gain Power for every Builder ANY Player controls, so long as he has sufficient numbers of Maintained Guilds, correct?

I'm sure he shouldn't. Don't forget the plus power for builders either. Yet, the way it's worded, it seems as if you would be right. Keith?

The intention with this card was to make a serious contending builder deck. It was intended just as it is written and has been understood. I hope I see builder decks in tourneys pretty soon.

Presumably, the structures that Dagen recruits come into play unmaintained, unless they are terrains, correct?
