(When a Creature with Vampiric deals Combat Damage to a Creature with less Loyalty that its own, the Controller of the Vampiric Creature gains control of that Creature and that Creature also gains Vampiric, unless that Creature is Destroyed. If both Creatures have Vampiric, both are Destroyed. Creatures with Vampiric lose Vampiric whenever there is a Time Token on them, and each time they deal Combat Damage they gain a Time Token.)
