Actually thet are different. One is affected by Bindakoo and he other is not.

Yes. What you should do for your personal reference is have the link to the Comprehensive Rulebook as a favorite so you can access it at anytime. What I did was copy the rulebook so I can access it quickly offline. I'll get the link and post it back for you soon.
In the rulebook, skeleton and zombie tokens are both defined as having those stats.
