DFT states that when your creature with DFT kills another creature then you add a dft. Does DFT mean the Letters DFT(ability) on the creature or the actual token itself?

Sutraps' Underling would add a Dark Flame Token to itself if it kills another creature and survives, which it very well may since it can defend and remove the DFT to prevent incoming damage. However, it'll have to do it fast since it'll give out in a turn or two when it dies from not being able to remove a DFT.

Then he has 0 loyalty, and then you have to roll so he might no die right away. Or if a dft counter can not be removed then it is destroyed?

It is not destroyed, you just have to do loyalty checks.
