059 Medusa Amulet Item Artifact This Item is Floating. Any creature you control may use an action to move Medusa Amulet onto itself, even if another Creature is bearing it. Bearer of Medusa Amulet is considered a Floating Stone Artifact, is no longer considered a Creature, and has no abilities or actions. When Medusa Amulet is removed, the Floating stone artificact returns to its original state. 0 Liptak Laszlo UC

If my opponent has a Medusa Amulet in play, can I steal it if I also have one in play? Maybe the card should specify "this Medusa Amulet"?

Well I for one have several issues with the wording and logistics of this card. It could easily be misconstrued. However, seems really fun if nothing else.
As per your questions Pat, any items not belonging to you do not extend their abilities to you unless they specifically say so. (As it were, only Thandore's Tavern and Bloodsoaked Battlefield come to mind as permanents that allow both players to activate them) This one wouldn't apply.
Whenever a card names itself, it only means itself and not other copies of said cards. (It works that way in just about every ccg I've ever seen. It has to work the same here, although I'll have to see if the comprehensive rules reflect that or not. Keith?)
Hope that helps!

What Speed does taking the Amulet resolve at, the Amulet's or the Creature taking it's Speed?

You use the speed of the source granting the ability. In this case, the Amulets. (Note that in other instances like when creatures move Items amongst each other given their inherent game rule ability, they are assigned a game rule speed, which I believe is either 0 or 1. I forget...lol. I'll look that up and come back...)
