So this gets rid of most creatures, except for those with true loyalty, right? Time Manipulator and Frost Sorceress are going to have a lot of fun.

Really wonder if this was an obvious oversight of Vampiric, Wandering, Growth...wow...that's a lot of stuff to see over.

This is one of the very anoying ultra-rare cards. How it will work out in serious decks, we have yet to find out. I am unsure how much play it will see in serious tourney decks.

I use it, and I can see it doing well in the Mystical Empire format. As for standard, I do not know. I will find out when I get a small tourney going.
