Pretty good start.
You could use another fireball, but I'll asume you don't have another one.
Bookworm Billkins is very slow. And our competitive play is very fast, so you gotta drop slow cards. Course if your just having fun, feel free. Also green hatching for the same reason. Ball lighting is a bit slow, but it can pack a punch.
You might want to add another Ring of charisma if you want to controll the firemongers and frost soceress. I would personally drop them, your deck is not quite set up to controll em.
Ok, I think 2 unlimited resources is enough. Although I would use bibliotheque over it.
So some recommended adds.
core (1st) Another Illusionary fighter. Very nice card. Charge!!! A good final strike, or last ditch effort. Peace time. Allows you stop aggro. Ray of light. Another direct damage spell. Spirit Song. Puts 3 creatures on the field, and makes them stronger. Chamelon Fairy. A spirit for spirit song to bring out. Purify. A nice controll spell, gets rid of the effect of a creature, item, or effect.
Reckoning. Draken. A nice 2-1 flyer with some decent magic. Pyromancer. Adds a little more damage potential. Bella. Another spirit with some decent magic. Can also prevent damage.
I'm starting to draw a blank right now. I hope this helps.
I'll come back if I think of anything else.

swtched the draken in for the hatchling and the bilkins, switched an unlimited resources for another illusionary fighter, switched out fire votex because when i played it i usually got it out too late and it ended up killing me so i added in another fireball. took out jered firemonger for a 4th draken and corpse collecter. lightning bolt is faster in here then it looks, especially with frosty sorc and illusionist keeping my opponent buisy.
quick question about frosty though, when it freezes something, the time counter comes of before thier disengage step. does it still prevent the creature from disengaging or would i have to add another counter to the creature?

Yea, once the time token comes off it can dissengage and will do so in the dissengage phase.
I understand the controll factor. But how easy is it controlling them? If you have no problems, then don't worry.
Let me know how your deck is doing after the changes, thanks.

Loose the Ball Lightning for sure. It is too slow to make it worth your while. This is close to the Windy Heatwave deck that is listed in the Midwest regional listing. It has seen quite a resurgence since the departure of Slavedriver for Lady Phe'Ronde (LPR). Make room for Heatwave...it just wins!

Draken is an uncommon. You can only have 3.
Yea, heatwave is a great card for a burn deck.

Yea, but they unfortunately have no magic, something very important with a spell casting deck.

A little very protectable aggro never hurts He already has a bit of aggro in Draken and Knyles. They have magic. And have no wait. I know ya love dragons and all. But the black and red hatchlings don't support the theme of his deck and overall would slow it down.

I'm with the no dragons besides Draken. Better aggro drops if at all would be Skeleton King since he has an able 2/2 body, some magic, but more importantly a Wizard that can be recruited out and used with Unlimited Resources and Ball Lightning. I like this deck...

ball lightning actually works pretty well in this deck. use the courpse collecter's zombies for chump blockers and engage all my disengaged wizards at the end of my opponent's turn for the ball. it helps especially when i'm facing sultraps who usually kicks my shin because of his ability to ignore 1 damage and my lack of high power creatures.
and forgive my noobishness with 4 drakens, i fixeded that.

Spirit song is a good way to provide blockers. Since flee puts them back in your hand, you can keep throwing them back out. And if you can dissengage a chameleon fairy (not too hard if you got 3 of em), she won't take damage and won't go back to your hand.
