Back on topic (I've read through the whole thing now), I like the idea of Vorex not coming into play disengaged and losing wizard status. This seems to be the best I've heard so far.

I never said they did... and those arn't stereo types... that is simply the general aditude I get from magic players as compaired to other game players... are you trying to hit everything I say? I'm not being mean about anything, I'm just stating the facts I have gathered so far...

Man, I am having SO much trouble getting magic players to even TRY the game. Let alone pick it up.

I haven't had a chance to demo to the Naruto players. that'll be this weekend.

ok this is a numbers game I am making a poll.

You're right Frank, it is a numbers game – a game of odds... Show the game to 10 gamers and at least 2 will join in and perhaps 1 will fall in love. If 10 of us show 10 gamers and at least 2 join in and 1 becomes fanatical, then we have 10 new fanatical ME players showing the game to 10 more people each.... suddenly there are 100,000 fanatical ME players... Well, I don't know about suddenly, but you get the point. The success of this game mainly falls on the players of the game. We can only do so much.

Actually keith I was talking about the vorex votes...However since you bring this up yes of course it is a law of averages. In a perfect world we would tell two friends and they would tell two friends and so on. This world not being so celestial however works at a different pace. So we have different variables to work with. I know that as long as the game supports the players the players will support the game. We should never expect this kind of devotion and always show our appreciation.
