It's not as difficult as one might think... Not to become a level 1 judge anyway. All you need to do is have an understanding of the game, know where to find the answers you'll need when judging, and have the ability to make a solid judgement using the facts you know. If you feel that you are ready to take the Level One MEGA Judge Test just click the link below and login with: 'JudgeTest' (case sencitive) for both the login and the password. You have 60 minutes to finish; the test will self-submit if you don't, and if you fail you will not be able to retake the test for at least 30 days. So don't take the test unless you know you're ready. www.mysticalempire.com/judgecertification.aspBecoming a higher level judge will take time and experience. There are 3 levels. Currently the only Level 2 and Level 3 judges are within the company itself. We hope this will change very soon, starting in Chicago. Feel free to ask questions about how to become a judge in this board and hopefully we will help many of you get the level you desire and that we need.

Look at Windy City getting some love!
Well you know I'm in. Beam me up, Scottie. What must one do? Hopefully I'm level 1 by now, and I can proceed to challenge the upper echelon.

While I didn't make the judge list, I have passed my judges test and have my "official judge" nametag. If anyone needs a judge for an event in the NE area, feel free to look me up and I will see what I can do. I would rather play than judge but I will usually do what is best for the game.

I'm sure you've noticed by now, but you are in fact on that judge list. Talk about yourself, sir!

Download the latest revition to the comprehensive rulebook and read it. Also get ahold of the ME Sponsor Kit at your local event sponsor location and read through that. When you think you have it down let me know and I'll hook you up with the test. It's really not too difficult, and it is open book.

Is there a rule that you have to be 18 to become a judge? I know a very savvy 16-17 year old who probably know this game better than I do that would make one heck of a judge...and he's not even a Windy. He's NE.

Yea, I want to know that too. I am only 14, but if I could be a judge, then I would study really hard. I love this game and want to be involved as much as I can.
